The SWBA BID Board of Directors meets six times a year and SWBA BID levy paying companies are welcome to attend these meetings as observers. The next meetings in the BID year 2021/22 will be held at 12.30pm on 7 October 2021, 4 November 2021, 3 February 2022, 7 April 2022 and 5 May 2022.

Open meetings to which all businesses within the SWBA BID area are invited are held quarterly at different locations on the estate. These meetings will take place at 12.30pm on 2 December 2021, 3 March 2022 and 2 June 2022.
