BID Renewal Ballot 2022
SWBA BID businesses vote YES for a second BID term
The BID's first term ends on 30 June 2022. A ballot was held between mid-February and mid-March 2022 to allow businesses within the BID area to decide whether the BID should continue for a further five year term.
A majority of the businesses which voted in the ballot were in favour of a second BID term as follows:

- 80% by number of votes

- 89% by rateable value

BID Term 2017-2022
Merton Council's Electoral Services conducted a formal ballot between 27 April and 25 May 2017 which gave businesses on the SWBA estate a say in deciding whether the area should become a Business Improvement District (BID).
A majority of the businesses which voted in the ballot were in favour of the BID as follows:

- 82% by number of votes

- 78% by rateable value
